Can you help me migrate the data that I already have?

Yes. We can surely help you migrate to Doc N Me as long as your data is available in Microsoft Excel format.

How safe is my patient’s information?

We take the issue of privacy and confidentiality of personal data very seriously. Patient information include all information related to the identity details, such as name, permanent address, contact number, e-mail address, medical documents such as general check up reports, scan reports, prescriptions given by you or other doctors or any other information that may be requested from the doctors. The information collected is stored in database, and we have strong policies and procedures in place to protect the information provided. Physical, electronic, logical and procedural safeguards are also in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information provided by the users. The information provided will be used to operate, maintain, manage and administer our Services, including enhanced delivery of services and provision of customer support. The information will only be shared with Doc N Me registered doctors and approved by the patients. The data will NOT by shared with third parties for any other business purpose. The personal information provided by you is not available for selling, renting or trading purposes with any third parties. The above is also included in our privacy policy and we strictly abide by it.

Is my data secure on Doc N Me?

Yes. The security of your data is important to us, and Doc N Me is committed to your privacy. We have adopted the same security practices and procedures as banks to ensure that your data is secure. Yes. We have training documents and videos that help you get started. We also train our users in person.

Do I pay for regular upgrades?

No. All our upgrades are free. Once you are subscribed to Doc N Me, all upgrades are free till your subscription is valid

Can I request Doc N Me for specific features pertaining to my practice?

Yes. At Doc N Me, we try our best to cater to your requirements.

I am not a gynecologist. Can I use Doc N Me?

Yes. You can definitely use Doc N Me. However, your area or practice-specific data will not be available. The dictionary and charting within Doc N Me are specific to gynecology

What is your refund policy?

Refund is not applicable at Doc N Me. Your account automatically expires.

If I decide to cancel my registration with Doc N Me, is there a way to get my data back?

Yes. We can export your data to Microsoft Excel, as a charged service.

My clinic has consulting doctors. Can they use Doc N Me?

Yes. They can. The data will be owned by the clinic. All consulting doctors have to pay the same subscription charges as you. Doc N Me will create separate accounts for all the doctors.
