How can I upload my diagnostic reports?

A.

You can use one of the following methods to upload your diagnostic reports:

Method 1: Using the docnme.com website

  • Login to the website with your credentials.
  • Click the Health Records menu option.
  • Click the + button on the Records tab.
  • In the dialog box that opens, enter the Minimum Record Type and fill either the Comments and/or upload the image.
  • Click Save

The reports are saved to your profile.

Method 2: Email your file

  • Using your registered email address, email the health record attachment to [email protected]

You can see the record in your Health Records.

Method 3: Using your phone app

  • In the phone app, click Add Records. Choose an existing image from the gallery or click a new image and save.

The reports are saved to your profile.

Why should I update LMP before asking a question to doctor?

A.

Your LMP information is vital when you visit your doctor, therefore it’s best to keep it updated on the app before your e-visit. Knowing your menstrual history helps the doctor to advise better. You can also keep track of your menstrual cycle by adding the LMP details.

Can I get reminders for my ANC checkups?

A.

Yes. Everything is automated within Doc N Me. Doc N Me tracks your pregnancy progress, and based on the week of pregnancy and requirements as defined by your doctor, you will receive reminders for appointments, tests, diagnosis, ultrasounds and so on.

Can I see my doctor’s phone number and call her directly?

No, because a doctor’s schedule is very busy and it’s not possible for the doctor to respond immediately. The idea is to send a text message to the doctor so that they can respond when they are not busy attending to other patients.

You have either taken an appointment with a doctor who uses Doc N Me as the practice management tool or your doctor has just added you to the Doc N Me system. Your health profile along with your visit details are recorded in Doc N Me and you can access the information at any time. Now you can stay connected with your doctor through Doc N Me and the doctor will have your health information at her finger tips.

How safe is my personal information?

The information collected is stored in database, and we have strong policies and procedures in place to protect the information provided. Physical, electronic, logical and procedural safeguards are also in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information provided by the user. The information provided by you will be used to operate, maintain, manage and administer our Services, including enhanced delivery of services and provision of customer support. The information will only be shared with Doc N Me registered doctors and approved by you. The data will NOT by shared with third parties for any other business purpose. The personal information provided by you is not available for selling, renting or trading purposes with any third parties. The above is also included in our privacy policy and we strictly abide by it.

Can I consult doctors who are not using Doc N Me?

Yes, you can consult doctors who are not using Doc N Me. You can continue to maintain your health records on Doc N Me by uploading pictures of prescriptions, reports and other records.

How do I invite my doctor to use Doc N Me?

A.

You can call Doc N Me or email us on [email protected] and place your request. You must provide the doctor’s name, phone number and clinic or hospital that the doctor practices from. We will add your doctor to the system only after we have verified that he or she is a qualified doctor.

How do I delete my account from Doc N Me?

A.

Send an email to [email protected] requesting us to delete your account.

Why do I need to pay to ask questions to the doctor?

A.

The doctor is spending time to answer your questions. Doc N Me is saving the money you would spend on commuting to the clinic or the hospital. Since doctors provide their service by answering your questions at your convenience, this is a paid service.
