Myth 3: You shouldn’t exercise post-delivery
Closer home, Kareena Kapoor Khan flaunted her baby bump breaking the stereotypes and made quite a statement. She walked the ramp for Lakme Fashion Week 2016, also attended red carpet events and did quite a few photo shoots throughout her pregnancy. She was more in the limelight during her pregnancy than otherwise. Post her delivery in December, there are videos of the actor going viral, as she is seen working out to shed kilos of post-pregnancy flab.
